How would you change italki's teacher rating system?

There was a recent discussion about dealing with teachers you are displeased with:

In it, many people mentioned they were displeased with the current rating system. Would you change the system if you could, and if so what would you change? Would you make teachers attendance, dispute statistics and such public? Would you stop forcing students to do the 5 star feedback in order to proceed with paying? Would you allow or force a review of connection quality? Anything else?

I find the star ratings rather meaningless. I always leave a five star rating, and if I didn't like the lesson, I simply don't come back. (However, just because I didn't come back, it doesn't mean I didn't like the lesson.)

Apart from that, I wouldn't change much of anything, honestly. If a student wants to leave feedback, s/he can do so. Certain types of feedback are much more useful than others. "Excellent lesson!" doesn't tell you much. How am I supposed to know what the person who left the feedback considers excellent? I like feedback that involves some sort of description of what happened during the lesson; that gives me a much better idea of whether the teacher in question would be a good fit for me or not. But obviously, you cannot force people to leave detailed feedback.

I propose the following negative ratings scale:

-1: "I take no leave of you."
-2: "I send no compliments to your mother."
-3: "You deserve no such attention."
-4: "I am most seriously displeased."
