I've been doing weekly language exchanges on Skype for the past three years with a Spanish guy that I met here on italki, I also do weekly exchanges with a Spanish woman that I met here two years ago, and a Spanish girl that I met several months ago. I think you could call that long term commitment. I'm English and English is my native language, I'm no teacher but I think I can help you with your spoken language (I've had more or less sixty years experience speaking it).
