The guy who had sent this message, reminds me of myself when I write comments being in hurry, especially waiting a green traffic light and having just  a minute. And great, I still have a chance to develop my “skills”  to his level:)

What I would always recommend is to pay attention to the formalities of a language and to learn the formal language, there is no need to learn slang.

If you happen to need to write to someone that knows, you will have a hard time if you are not careful. 

On the other hand, on groups where slang is spoken, you won't be but well considered if you speak correctly.
