How to teach jobs when you have a junior at work? I got a junior at work, but its first time to teach someone...

I'm worried about how he can understand what I say, and grow up by himself.

He has only do someone indicate him...I want him to think himself and try many things.

What is the best way to teach jobs?

There may be quite a variety of situations you may need to handle. If you have no more information about the tutoring such as the junior's condition, the subject to be taught, his/her family...etc. we probably can give you more relevant information to help you.

I am not quite sure what you mean by "I got a junior at work." I will take a guess that you are supposed to train someone to do the kind of work that you do. To me this means that you know your job well and you do your job well. I don't think there is any one best way to teach a job. It depends on the job, on the teacher and on the student. I can only suggest that you think about some things and then decide for yourself.

Since you have not done this before, maybe it would be helpful to think about your expectations for your job trainee and apply them to yourself: "I want him to think himself and try many things." He is new at learning this job, you are new at teaching this job. Because both of you are new, you and he will need to make mistakes and learn as you go. One thing that you can think about doing is to explain what the purpose of the job is. Give your trainee the "big picture" for the job. Then break the job down into meaningful pieces and teach him one piece at a time and be sure that he understands each thing that you teach him and how that piece connects to other pieces and to the "big picture" as a whole. This takes a lot of time and work. I don't know how much time you have to do this task. But if you can do this now, it will be easier to train your next trainee.
