Do you do it often? Or never?
Are you too busy or simply not allowed?
Do you think it's just a waste of time?
Or you can manage your time and deserve a little rest once or twice a day at work?
P. S. if this topis was discussed recently please let me know, in the past few weeks i didn't have time to read discussions.
How would you feel if you hired a contractor to work on your house but find him taking breaks playing on his phone or reading the newspaper - and then wanting to charge you for this time at his normal rate?
Work is work and play is play ... best not to mix them.
If they don't I wouldn't do in working hours only on break
I think it would be wasted time if it was on account the duties of the work only
Diana Owaykn, Aurelio, nguyễn trọng đức, thanks for your answers.
Of course I can't imagine a pilot or a surgeon taking breaks of that kind, my question was addressed to "typical" office workers.
I guess some people were offended by it that's why I got so few comments.
Working always make us stress so sometimes we should have a little time to relax ourselves to make balance.
I think it's ok if we don't spend too much time on it and forget what is the duty.
