Give me some advice I'm preparing for IELTS Exam,My learning English skills except speaking are going up.i've been speaking basically for a couple of months without improving.I study idioms and phrasal verbs but while speaking I don't use them.I don't know why.

I know I need to practice more but in my workplace and home nobody speaks English.

It makes me disappointed
