Why Corrida or Bullfighting....

..... is still so popular and loved by public?

When I was in Madrid, I  saw matador's training. There were children less, than 10 years old among them. Children, who were professionally tought to kill innocent animals just to entertain public.

In my opinion, it's not fights, but cruel killings. There is almost no chance to survive. Bulls are simply doomed to die. Slowly and painfully.

Why do so many feel respect to torreros? Doesn't that mean, we are as cruel as they are?

Do you feel sorrow towards bullfighters, who got hurt? I personally experience mixed feelings.

And you?

It's a the worst thing in the world.  I have never listened about it. But now,  for me it's a wrong,  ferociously,  and these people who do it is wildy.  I agree with you!

I really don't understand what that means in that culture, if someone know, I'd like to know about that. But I feel sorrow when I see what they do with the bull. Even without understand why they do that, I never didn't like it.

I always thought it was a bit odd. The poor bull. Don’t they chop up the bull at the end and give away the meat to poor families?  I guess that’s the justification. South American people like cockfighting. It’s kind of mean to the poor male chickens I guess, but I don’t think it’s as bad, making little gladiators out of them.

Is there anyone from Spain to stand for this tradition? Any reasonable explanations would be appreciated and read with interest.
