I really lack for motivation

I can motivate my friends through best ways they love to hear but with myself I'm feeling lost and don't have because of many bad times stop my motivation

Usually when I pursue a long term goals, I try to recall the reasons, why I have started to do something. In time you don't notice all the efforts and job you have already done, and you need to renew that in your mind.
Someone's good example also helps. You have to keep your eye on your goal. And you can be focused. That is,...what helps me..

Have passion and motivation will not be needed. If you don't have passion for what you do, ask yourself is it really a true part of you or is it just something that you want adorn yourself with?
I never ever could motivate me, till I found things that define myself. That are part of myself. And then I realized how blind i was chasing goals I wasn't even interested in. Goals that others always told me would be great or good for me.

People can be motivated to do something if they find it fun to do.  Learning a language can be hard but often we make it harder by using the term studying and practicing.  If you are practicing reading then have fun with it. Read stories or books you like, read out loud and have different voices for the characters etc.  If you are practicing speaking talk to yourself..  Look for ways to make the practice interesting and fun.

Another way you can motivate people is by a reward system.   This is often used with kids to get them to do things like cleaning their room etc.  Firstly decide an achievable goal.  Break the goal down into smaller goals.   You then draw up a chart of what needs to be done daily or weekly.  Don´t make the tasks too hard.  When they complete the daily or weekly task they get a reward.  It might just be a gold star on the chart.  Then when all the chart is filled and they have achieved their goal they get another reward.  This time it should be something they get, tickets to something, a special dinner, a computer games... Let them chose the reward at the beginning so they know what they are working towards.

Breaking the task down into manageable sections make it easier to achieve the goal.  Small hills to climb rather than a mountain to scale:)
