Have you ever regretted starting X language and putting your time for learning it which wasn't useful for you? Have you ever experienced this situation? For example, you started to learn X language put your time, and after while you have found that wasn't useful for you and regretted for putting your time? If not, have you ever satisfied by languages are you learning and are all of them useful for you?

No. I never learn languages for their usefulness and every language, even if I don't put it to practice gives me a glimpse of another culture and makes it easier to learn other languages. So, I never regretted learning a language. I could have regretted having chosen Ancient Greek instead of French at school because I don't need Ancient Greek at all and my French would probably be way better if I had learnt it at school and not unsystematically somewhere along the way but if I could go back in time and decide again, I wouldn't change my choice.
