How to attract students ?

Just started here and I have done what was asked: profile, video, etc

Seems that now am waiting for students... Can you actually look for students and send them a message?

Is there something lacking in my profile? 

Is there something I am not doing? 

Is this site more geared towards learning than teaching? even posting a discussion here, I feel I am not in the "teacher" section.

I am not a teacher but from what I understand you can go ahead and send messages to potential students, otherwise you just have to wait to be contacted. Sending an email to support may also help.  In addition, start correcting posted articles in you intended teaching language and maybe you find students that way.
