I like something hard and heavy, also I'm a big fan of Avenged Sevenfold,  and their songs are played almost everyday, Nightmare is a big hit!

Here is a good song that is very clear and easy to understand (I think) and it has the words to go along with it. It's No Children by The Mountain Goats, a song about someone who is an alcoholic/drug addict and in a broken marriage. But they hate themselves so instead of wanting it to get better they don't care if it gets worse.
