Well enough I would say, definitely sounds normal. However, I would not say "COD". Write or speak it out entirely as "cash on delivery".

It is so rarely accepted that cod isn't really a normal thing to hear. Many people I think are not familiar with it

I agree with Rob. Either spell it out C-O-D or say cash on delivery, otherwise they will think you'll be paying with a fish.
