@Lidiya - if you said that, I would ask why you think that's a negative ;-)

From the original Dilbert 1995 comic strip:

Interviewer: "Your resume is impressive. I only have one question. What do you consider your biggest fault?"

Dilbert: "Sometimes I work too hard."

Interviewer: "Why is that a fault?"

Dilbert: "Well . . . Uh . . . I work so hard that I forget to eat and bathe for days. Eventually I starve to death at my desk. I become a bloated, stinking corpse. Insects breed in my body. I spread disease to the entire company."

Not a good story ... :-D

Be honest - something that is not your strength yet - and how you plan to develop that aspect. Even better, how you plan to develop that aspect in your new role. I would rather hire somebody who has a good understanding of what he/she can already do well and where there is still a need for further development than somebody who thinks he is perfect.

"What is your biggest weakness?"

"My biggest weakness is I think most interview questions are psycho-babble bullsh-t, and the interview process a complete waste of time"

Yeah, I didnt get the job.  Eventually I had to become self employed.

You can describe a weakness that is also a strength.  You might say, "I sometimes find it difficult to delegate work to other people, because I prefer to complete it myself so I know it has been done properly."
