How i can get rid of the laziness ?
The world is moving and I am still in my place
it's very difficult to be moody person , it's affect on your life and work , like someone tell me good words, my day be happy and it's encourage me to finish my work , and the opposite , if someone give me negative energy , it's make me disapponted and i don't have energy to finish my work and became lazy , how i can that not let my mood affect on my work ?
I can say two things about laziness - first,contrary to what most people say,I believe that laziness is simply a lack of desire strong enough to make you do something.If you're unclear about what your goals are,why are they your goals-meaning you don't know what your end result will look like,and you don't know how exactly you're gonna get there,chances are that you'll find it tough to make any progress.And most importantly,if you have no real passion about reaching these goals,I think that you'll find laziness getting to you sooner or later.
Even if you do have a big desire to achieve smth,laziness can still find you.In that case,I would try to find myself an accountability partner - like telling a friend you'd like to lose 100 kgs before summer,and make some kinda bet - e.x $500.This way,you'll be afraid of losing your money and thus will have an additional motivation to keep yourself going.
This is the kind of stuff they write everywhere in motivational books n articles xD Still,it works if you make a use of it.
That’s what I thought Amira. I surely admire this woman too. But if you put yourself too high standards then you can also block yourself. It’s nice to have some models of behavior but it always should be in the realm of what one can reach. I do not talk about mediocrity. But set yourself some goals for everyday. Things that you can do to succeed in your study.
Architect is a nice profession!
By the way I can be horrible lazy too and procrastinating too. Then I usually hang out here on italki instead of doing what I should.
Well that’s my two cents psychology. There is some truth in it.
The best way of eliminating procrastination is trick your brain with rewards. Think of a valued activity and reward yourself with it, once you have completed your desired task.
That should keep you active and motivated! :)
