Please share the weirdest foods that are available in your country. In Pakistan, one of the foods that would definitely turn people's  heads would be the dish called "Katakat". The name of the food is specified after the sound it's produces while it's being prepared. (Katkatakatakat). 

Ingredients include, Goat or Cow's heart, liver, kidneys brain, lungs (Testicles too, but optional. Most people don't include the testicles in the dish, but some are daring enough to do so).

All minced to a pulp, and fried in multiple spices, oil and butter. At first, just the thought of even trying it out made me want to Barf. But, one day i finally mustered up the courage to try it out. It actually tastes quite remarkable. Although, if you don't think about what you're eating, it's easier to swallow. Because if you put much thought into the fact you're chomping on minced animal organs, it will definitely have some texture issues and lead to barfing.
