Do you believe in superstitions? This issue has been in my mind since a week. It was a hot topic at my work place amongest my colleagues. They claimed that, in their city, they believe that you shouldn't give perfumes as a present because you will lose the person that you gave him/her that present, or your relationship with that person will get bad.
In fact, I don't believe in such beliefs and this conversation reminded me with some beliefs that English people believe in,the broken mirror and  the black cat. 
I also, remembered a film that I have recently seen about the Irish people who have some strange beliefs.
