What's the difference between XX and hope? I guess a word is missing...;)

There are a lot of people suffering, now more than ever. Trying to cope with the covid19 disease, death, unemployment, isolation, and fear all at once bring many of us to despair. Hope is different because it gives us the choice to not give up.
