On the computer, you can still ask questions. You can't write an article, unless you are a teacher on this website. As a standard user, you can write a notebook entry, ask a question or create a discussion thread. To do any of these things, simply click on the "community" tab at the top of the screen (marked with a symbol of the world) and choose, Notebook, Answers, or Discussion. After you click on one of them, there will be a red button on the right side of the screen that will allow you to write entries into each of those sections. Keep in mind that you are using each section appropriately: "Answers" is for asking questions about grammar, vocabulary or culture. Please try to keep these short and don't use it for a long-form corrections. "Notebook" is for requesting corrections to long-form writings that you submit here. There, users are provided with word processing tools that make it easy to insert corrections or edits into each entry. "Discussion" is for talking about subjects related to language or culture. The objective here isn't necessarily to be maintain correctness, but to communicate with others and is therefore not for making corrections. People generally talk about broad subjects that get other users thinking. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further explanation.
