What is the difference between 기여하다 and 이바지하다? When I read a writing book, I encountered these words, i.e '기여하다' and '이바지하다'.
The content of that writing exercise is about the development of traditional markets. Such development contributes to the general development of Korean economy. Both 기여하다 and 이바지하다 are ultilized to indicate such contribution.
Example: 그 지역에서만 살 수 있는 특상품응 판매함으로써 지역 경제의 활성화에 이바지하고 있다.
