First they don't have the same place in sentence. (Also comes at the beginning or in the middle of a sentence and too comes at the end of it).

And I'll add that in a sentence 'also' brings a new element in a conversation, and 'too' is usually about something or someone already mentioned previously in the conversation. If that makes sense ? Here's an example:

-Amber : ' I'll bring some pizza.'

-Gemma : 'Yeah, I'll bring some pizzas TOO. '

-Amber : 'Good idea, I'll ALSO buy some crisps.'

Basically none by the meaning, just "also" you put after the subject or an auxiliary if there is one and "too" you put at the end of the sentence.

Also "too" has the meaning of "very very" so to say: "too much tea"

'Too' è a mais informal, e 'also' è um poco mais formal ('as well' è a mais formal)

'Too' sempre fica no final duma frase, e 'also' pode ficar antes do verbo OU no final duma frase, como a 'too'. ('As well' è como a 'too' e sempre fica no final)

'Too' e 'also' são basicamente as mesmas, então tudo mundo vai te entender não importa cual usas. (não acho que tudos falantes nativos do inglês poderiam diferenciar os dois)
