When someone says「あなたがそれをしたのは、悪いよねえ」that person blames “あなた“
So how what do the Japanese say when we don’t want to blame that person?<o:p></o:p>

 「あなたはそれをしたのは、悪いよねえ」is not correct.

When we don’t want to emphasize that person did something wrong, we tend to omit the subject which makes that sentence sounds more nicely. better.<o:p></o:p>

「それをしちゃったんだ、それはよくないよねえ」<o:p></o:p>

 When I tried to correct some Japanese articles, I found that there are many mistakes between  が and は.
I hope this article may will help you to understand a little bit about the difference between “が“ and “は”. 

Correct usage of  “が“　and “は”<o:p></o:p>

We (Japanese) absolutely recognize the differences for when we should use “は”and “ が“.
But I think these are hard for foreigners to use correctly.
I wrote one point example of usage, which may help you  who study Japanese.

When we say<o:p></o:p>

「私がしました」<o:p></o:p>

It means it is “Me” who did it.
“が”　works to emphasize the subject.

「わたしはそれをしました。」　
means this is the normal phrase so it doesn’t isn't talking about who did it, this is not the topic.  The subject is another thing.<o:p></o:p>
