I usually go to a gym or listening to hard/heavy music loudly ( on headphones).

Moreover, I have a new “ habit “ since recently. Listening to this kind of music, I behave as some guys:)
Interestingly, relaxing activities don’t work for me.

Andrea, perhaps the crucial key is in driving up and down hills having a high speed or maybe driving on extremely narrow roads. Otherwise, I hardly ever have adrenaline when drive at a high speed or maybe I need a higher speed. ( didn’t have today. It was just cool). But I remember I had a lot of adrenaline when we travelling on “Axe road” in Australia, Vic. Mamma Mia oo-oo :) Though I didn’t drive , I was really scared which not happening with me often. Or I still remember my trip to the Ritza lake in Georgia because the road was between precipices.

The only thing I’d like to add, though the molecular of adrenaline has a short life, we need to stand it/get rid of it on time and without destroying the world, /people, right?!

I’ve just thought that adrenaline as an criticism/aggression/etc can be negative and positive. Doing extreme activities, we get rid of negative emotions and adrenaline and get positive adrenaline. Does it make sense?
So, I ‘m totally in listening to Кукрыниксы. Everything’s forgotten at this moment including my initial question. Music or in this case, lyrics are power.
