Just close your eyes and do meditation within 5-15 mins.

Also, living in the present moment is a best way. I usually try to listen to my breath and keep thinking that there is nothing to worry, everything is just temporary and I will achieve what I want at the end some day after all

I respire very slow for any minutes.
Inspire five seconds slowly, stop two seconds and expire five seconds slowly. Do it between sixty and eighty.
This is an exercise to oxigenate your brain, and relax your mind.
