Between = involve in 2 persons or 2 things only
This is between you and me.
There is something between the guitars.
Among = more than 2 things or persons
Among these group, the team is the best.

Dayse, just so you know, I hear native English speakers use "between" incorrectly all the time!
Among the South American nations, Brazil is the best!
Between Venezuela and Brazil, however, Venezuela has better gasoline prices.

You're right, including Brazil is who sells gasoline to Venezuela with a price that is not available inside the country for the Brazilian!!!
