I smoked for many years and I tried all the methods of quitting.
I have not had a cigarette for the last 9 months... and I don't want one now (although once a day I think about having one).
I was able to quit = to stop (even though I wanted to continue = I did not want to stop).
I stopped because I made a rule.
I was not allowed to smoke.
If I could discipline myself (control myself/follow the rule) then I would be successful.
I have followed the rule for 9 months.
Other people don't smoke, they don't need it. they have a good life without it ... and so can I .... and so can you ... good luck
Riccardo, each cigarette shortens your life by about 14 minutes. Are you sure you have another life? On top of that, has somebody said you, that you smell like hell after you smoke this shit? Not yet? Believe me, you do.
If this is still not enough for you to give your habbit up, keep killing yourself.
