In my country, pretty much the other side of the world, if you say 'latinos' they probably don't know what it is. So, not much influence here. Though I'd definitely love to learn Spanish because not much people here learn spanish and that's what I like about it. Also I like it when people speak spanish. That sounds so cute.

I started listening to some songs in Spanish in high school, 3 years ago. I know CD9 hehe I admit I was crazy about them . I listen to a lot but I can't remember their name. I downloaded many songs in my own laptop but unfortunely it's broken yesterday. I guess I will never get those back then. I'm literally now trying to find those songs again on youtube. :(

Spanish is so influential in my country that it's the most commonly learned language. It's the country with the most Spanish speakers despite it not being a national language! Plus latinos have been a part of our history since forever  and on some days you would hear more Spanish than English depending on where you live lol.

I know a good amount of Spanish songs since I listen to Spanish radio.

As for songs - "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi was massive in Russia last summer. Seriously, it was everywhere. Shakira and Enrique Iglesias are very popular too I think.

However, the first song in Spanish I paid full attention to (I mean, to the lyrics) was... ahem... "España va Bien" by Ska-P. Anyway, it wasn't really Spain or any other Spanish-speaking country I was thinking about when listening to the song so please don't be mad at me for mentioning it.
