I'm a vietnamese. Its so great to hear your feeling. You can see the chickens running across the road and the piles of brick everywhere. It is so crazy. But now moving away, I really miss the disorganization of my Hanoi and the energy of the population. We are the developed country, so it is going to keep improving.
