Why do people like take a foto? A photograph. People discovered this interesting mechanism to memorise some events or themselves. Why do we like to take fotoes? Have you ever thought about it?

Just curious, because we have a memory. We can recall some moments of our life and think about it...But people wanted to catch a moment as you said. Some of them catch a moment, some of them can catch all life...as one picture with an old couple that walks hand by hand. 

It's like a try to stop time. There is no house like that anymore, but on the picture it is....interesting..just my thoughts

Because if you remembered everything, you could not live with embarrassing and regrets. But you have a wonderful nature to forget anything you don't like. On the same time, you might forget something good you like. So wise person invented a camera to remember only good ones.

Hi Sarah!!! I guess the right question would be: "Why do people like TO take a photo/photos?" Or "Why do people like taking photos?" When it comes to the answer, it's a way to perpetuating a moment, as time passes by, it's good to look back on good old memories. You take care!!!
