Please teach me the expresdion... I have a question,

When I have a nice comment or compliment from my friend and if I feel embarraced because those words are really nice. Can I use " It's too much for me." or is this expression always used when I feel really bad by their words?

In literally, we Japanese use those expressions like " It's too much for me" to express our humbleness, so I am usually confused. Thank you in advance.

You can say something like this to convey the idea:

"You're too kind."

"Nice of you to say so."

Although many times in English-speaking countries, a simple "thank you" works well enough.
