I have been following a lot of channels on youtube and I adjust the speed witch is great because I have an intermediate level in English and also help me to correct grammar mistakes. I like Ellen degeneres show is very fun.

to improve my skills, I watch videos related to business, nutricion and self-development because I talk about these topics all the time. 

I've been following Asian Boss for Korean. Though they come with English subtitles that are impossible to remove, so I try to cover them up, or listen to it playing in the background.

@Ceci Ya si, mejorar la habilidad de escuchar toma más tiempo que la habilidad de leer. por eso algunas veces prefiero escuchar a los radios en lugar de ver los canales ya que me llama la atención los textos más rápidamente y no puedo enfocarme a laz voces. :)
