If I really, like really want to have an excellent start to the day, I sleep late. Getting up without
speaking to anyone is great as well, staying in my PJs is an extra and eating bread with all
the cheeses I have after having my tea with milk and chocolate bar, and have nothing to do
for at least the first 2 hours after I wake up is my ultimate happiness. The key for me to have
an excellent start to the day is to be lazy, which is a gift I give to myself because I miss it with
all the deadlines I have most of the other days.
I never thought that this would be my good start to the day 25 years ago, but it happened :)

What is "an excellent start to the day" to you?
Do you run on an empty stomach? It always makes me feel sick when I do that. I like to either run, swim or cycle after I've had my breakfast: porridge with honey and pumpkin seeds.
