"It's a pleasure to welcome you into my house"

Hello,

I'm about to welcome a japanese student into my home for two weeks and I would like her to feel comfortable.

Therefore I would like to say this "It's a pleasure/honor to welcome you into my house"

I could think of the following sentence pattern  うちで貴方に迎えて良かった but I'm not sure.

Can you recommend more fluent ways to say this?

Thank you very much.

我が家で貴方を迎えることが出来て嬉しい。

or just simply,  我が家に来てくれてありがとう!

We normally say, 我が家へ(わがやへ)ようこそ!! and in a very cheerful way.

ようこそいらっしゃいました!is another way as in general we say in shops いらっしゃいませ!
