I don’t hear it in cities or parks that much, not that I can think of. But, it’s kind of a generational thing here, in the US. When I was younger, like in the 1970s and 1980s, people only used curse words privately. Guys who had been in the military seemed to use them more. Nowadays you hear them all the time used on internet podcasts by young people in their 20s and early 30s, like it means nothing. Just normal intelligent speech. They have to use a curse word at least once in every sentence it seems. And these guys think they are sounding smart in talking like this. It’s ridiculous. They call themselves „news commentators“ and have YouTube sites and just use all the old curse words no one ever said before in my generation. And they think it‘s fine. It’s really just strange.
