“There are such things, believe it or not. A wedding, I think. Or a divorce party. Deep conditioning tonight. Cut and style in the morning.”
“Wow.”
“I know. She still wants to set you up, by the way.”
“With who, the orthodontist?”
“Dentist.”
“Is there a difference?”
“One makes more money, I think.”

can anyone help me with the highlighted phrases?

Deep conditioning is a kind of hair treatment, to make the hair soft and shiny. This person is planning to deep condition their hair that evening.
Cut and style is when the hairdresser cuts the hair and then dries and styles it so you're ready to go out.

Being 'set up' in this context means that someone is trying to get the other person in the conversation and the dentist to go on a date.
