Overall there are 15 stages in the procedure , from picking tomatoes to ready product ,which consumers can eat it with hamburger.
First of all tomatoes are picked and put in basket. Before tomatoes are sent to factory they are sorted into two groups : bad and good. In the factory tomatoes are cleaned from the skin, stalk and seeds. Removed tomatoes are put into containers which has shape of cylinder . After being crushed tomatoes in the cylinder , to the tomatoes are added sugar , salt and vinegar . Mixed ingredients are boiled in the fire then left for two hours.
Our ketchup is ready for eat , but we should put it in plastic bottles. We give our special label , control its quality, put it into compact boxes and bring it to supermarkets. Costumers can buy it and gets peasure from delicious ketchup. Bon appètit.
