I regularly spend more than 2 hours in reading English on average though at times I can not achieve. In order to achieve the goal regularly, I tend not to arrange a special period of time to practice English but only to spend time on my everyday work with English and try to figure out some sentences in the article reading to improve my English.   

When i think it's the best time to do it.

Some days aren't best for learning my english [emoji] but just think just about words about sing or write answere to you there is sufficient to give on myself the power and the pleasure to begin to work.
