Water to drink
What kind of water you advise to drink? Actually so far I didn't think about it and drank what was nearby. But recently I've been told that drinking of cooled boiled water has bad impact to a brain. I worry!

In terms of Chinese medicine, practitioners advocate cold water can deteriorate your immense system to drive your metabolism downgraded and as a result to become more sensitive to the environment. That seems to be the case that when I drink warm water more, I feel calm and less susceptible to surrounding allergens existing in air, water and food.

It is so-called holistic medicine which treats human body as a subsystem of a large system of world .

You probably mean not just a hot water, like 60C or 70C, but definitely boiling water with 100C on the sea level. Additionally, as I know, for killing some bacterias, you need a relatively long time of boiling, like 15 or 30 minutes. So the method I've suggested before could work well only for clean good water only.

Hello Anton!

That is a really interesting topic because the human's body on 80% consists of water. I prefer drinking hot water with a spoon of honey in the morning. It really influences good your health.

I would suggest drinking mountain water since you live in Kyrgyzstan which is really famous for its mountains. To tell you the truth, I haven't heard about the bad influence of the boiled water for the brain. Where have you found this information?

That's exactly what I mean @ Dmitry.

The citation:

Not only do people not pay attention to the emanations of the earth, they do not take into account the quality of the water used, although they have become accustomed to medicinal treatments with waters. For their protection people have devised the use of boiled water, forgetting that certain water organisms cannot live in boiled water. True, many microbes perish in the boiling, but, on the other hand, upon cooling the boiled water actually absorbs a great quantity of dead particles from the atmosphere.

If you wish to reduce brain receptivity, drink cold boiled water which has been kept for a long time—it communicates to the organism a sluggish staleness.
