I wanna be fluent in English Speaking. Anyone wants to join me on skype?

Hey Everyone,

I just joined this site just to improve my english language. I thought it would be better if I do this before my IELTS test. English isn't my primary language that's why I want to improve it. If you have time, can we have some conversation some day?

I've been looking for the past week for a language partner, it's really hard to find an English speaker who wants to partner with a native Arabic or Urdu speaker. Only few numbers of people here are truly interested in Middle eastern languages :p

I think it's better to book a community/proffessional teacher, they will be commited more and I might do that if I won't find a partner within a month.
