yes I know they are friendly I have worked with russians in london.

I think that friendliness is more coomon in many countries than the politicians like to make us belive.

politics needs hate to survive because politics depends on dividing people.

So tell us would we be safe there or would we not because the media/ politicians are saying, that we might not be. I know this is untrue.

The Russian Emperor Nicholas II first proposed to the world the idea of General disarmament. He put forward such a proposal at the conference of European heads of state on arms limitation, which he convened in the Hague in 1898. He called for the use of excessive force and capital for education and development of the welfare of the people. Europe admired the generosity of the Russian Sovereign, but the idea took a very restrained. 

What do you think about it? Can we see General disarmament or third world war?
