Cantonese: Sarng Yut Fai Lok (生日快樂)

Which essentially shares the same written chinese as mandarin but in Hong Kong and Taiwan and Macau, we use traditional chinese, also known as 'cantonese: farn tai ji' (繁體字) whereas China uses simplified chinese 'cantonese: garn tai ji/ mandarin: jian ti zi' (簡體字)

Happy belated birthday to you btw!!

In china, we will say ‘ sheng ri kuai le’ (生日快乐). According to the chinese tradition, we must eat noodle on the birthday. Because noodle look like long strings, and the long noodle means long life. So especially at a birthday party for old people, chinese are used to say ‘chang ming bai sui(长命百岁)’ to the old people, and that means ‘have a good long life’!
