What do you think of this quote?

Hello! I have some interesting questions about a quote. I heard this in an ad and I was wondering what other people thought about it.

"I have always felt if you know what you're going to do in advance, then you won't do it. Your creativity starts with whether you're curious or not."

Are you more likely to be creative when you haven't any idea what you are doing, or do your projects for school/work or other artwork tend to be more creative when you've had longer to think about it?

How curious about a project or artwork do you have to be in order to get creative? Can you be creative even if it's something you don't want to do? Can doing something you aren't curious about make you decide to be more creative just because it will make it more fun?

I know this is a lot of questions so feel free to respond to as few (or many!) as you would like. What do you think about the quote?

I have learned to enjoy the process and remain curious about the final result rather than having a result in mind and rigidly holding my project to that. I find crreating feels like a form of listening to what emerges. I dont know id i am as creative with assigned projects but this is anvery interesting thread and thanks for sharing that thoughtful quote!
