Is anyone else having trouble with the italki on their mobile device? Especially apple iPhone and iPad. It used to work beautifully. Now it crashes all the time and the interface is horrible, especially when searching for tutors and applying filters. There is no way that I can find to contact italki to let them know about the horrible changes to their website. Tech support only has pre-made problem resolutions. You can't even leave a message as far as I can tell. I don't have this problem with my desktop computer.
I usually start having problems on Friday when everybody is logging in. Sometimes I can’t post a notebook entry and the private message are just very difficult to use (IPhone and IPad).

P.S, the booking and paying system for lessons is ok.
I did have a problem where I could not vote on the main body of a discussion, but I could vote on the responses, when using an Ipad.
I did complain to italki and their technical team, who became aware of the problem. I do not know whether they have fixed it, as I am not using the Ipad,
