Using the 3rd (third) person can be difficult. Here are a few tips for you in the present tense using regular verbs:

You can often add an "S" to the end of the verb. For example, using the verb "drive"-

SHE DRIVES

MARY DRIVES

However, when using the word "they," you cannot add an "S."

THEY DRIVE

THE GIRLS DRIVE

(this conjugation is the same as I DRIVE, YOU DRIVE)

Using the verb "eat"-

HE EATS A SANDWICH

JOHN EATS A HAMBURGER

THEY EAT PIZZA

THE BOYS EAT PIZZA

(I EAT PIZZA, YOU EAT PIZZA)

When the tense changes, the rules will change. When you are using irregular verbs, it will change too. I hope this helps you with the present tense!

Please allow me to clarify. You are saying you have difficulty writing using 3rd person.

If so, these tips may help;

3rd person refers to anyone except the speaker and listener of the phrase. When we use 3rd person pronouns we say, "HE", "SHE", "IT". If the 3rd person subject is more than one person we use "THEY" or "THOSE"

When the subject is "HE", "SHE", or "IT" you can use "STATE OF BEING" terms that usually end with "S".

Such as; IS, WAS, DOES

or if the verb is not one of the above, the word may be modified to appropriately; RUNS, DANCES, READS, WALKS, SINGS

However, this only applies to present continuous forms of English writing. 3rd person rules change depending upon the tense.

Another point to remember is that we can relate pronouns to formal or informal nouns that relate to the pronouns described here and they will follow the same rules. For example; Marcelo= HE. Daisy= SHE. lamp= IT. students=THEY.
