Why are you learning Japanese?
Hey guys!
I would like to know why you decided to learn Japanese. Do you need it for your job or are you probably only learning it out of pure interest or craziness about languages (like me^^)?

The music, most definitely. I love Utada Hikaru the most and I want to be able to understand her (sometimes people interpret wrong and I think you can best get the message by understanding it)
Also, I want to sing in Japanese one day, and I think it sounds kinda cool... Hope that helped.

I want to learn mostly because of my love of anime... it's good to get it before it's in English and subtitles are distractions. Plus I think it sounds cool. I would also like to travel... and Japan is on the list.
