I can't speak English though I can write, read and understand fluently. The only thing I struggle with the most in English is speaking. I can fluently write, read and understand English, I can even think in English when it comes to writing but I can't speak fluently even though I have an idea in mind and want to say it aloud. Also, my mind goes blank, can't think of anything when I am on edge. I really don't know why that would happen and I feel quite frustrated because I have messed up my few job interviews because of my poor spoken English, I desperately hope I can fix that problem as soon as possible so I would like to listen to your advice and get your help on this matter about what I can do to speak English without thinking and fluently within a short time and where I can find a language partner online because I never have a language partner since I started to learn English. Professional advice is need!!!. Thanks in advance. Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!

A tutor could help you out with this problem. You can have a nice conversation with someone in English without the work environment pressure, which is very important at this stage. This is a normal thing that happens to a lot of people when they don’t have anyone to practice with. You just need to gain more confidence because your mind is in “defence mode” right now, meaning you are afraid to make a mistake, (since you had some bad experiences in the past) so the fear is blocking you. In an environment where mistakes are welcome you will probably feel different and start speaking in a matter of weeks or even days!

Well, there you have it. You won't get any better if you don't practice. Remember, practice makes perfect. If you can't find a partner - consider working with a tutor. They charge less than professional teachers. Also, it would be good if someone guided you and corrected you if you make some mistakes.
