Why not? I met speakers of Amharic, Odia and Ojibwe here. Yes, there aren't many of them on italki but sometimes little gems are found here.
I do have other groups where the chance of connecting with someone who's an expert on Inuit culture are higher but I thought it wouldn't hurt asking.
There's a discord server dedicated to learning Greenlandic and other Eskimo-Aleut languages. You'll probably be a lot more successful over there than on here. I'll try and find a link to it.

Thanks, I know this tool and normally I wouldn't post a request here but there is no single native Inuktitut speaker in the language partner search there. That doesn't mean that there's no Inuktitut speaker registered. My profile also doesn't show up in the language partner search and I met an Odia speaker here, before Odia was in the language partner list.
