I like to watch funny videos on YouTube. I find it does a lot to improve my mood, when I am out of humour.

try to take a 2 days or more as a break and doing something u like .. it is like charge yourself with the power so you could come back strongly!

I run or skiing if it is winter. I think it is the best medicine. 
Actually, I did my first 10 kilometers because of stress. Once I come home from university very nervous and decided to run my usual 3 km. After 3 000 meters, I found that it is not enough, and run on. On my way back, approximately after 7 000, I felt I can't run, but I couldn't stop because it was spring and snow was still laying I could caсth cold. And I did it. Since this, I start to run long distances regularly. It helps me to feel well after a stressful workday.

When I feel down, I play Sudoku on my phone (it shouldn't be confused with procrastination!). It helps me to get concentrated on smth other than my work - coz I need to pay close attention to every single little number on the screen, and get rid of "heavy" thoughts. Then I can get back to my work with my batteries fully charged.

All of you are great when you know what should you do if you feel tired. Sometimes when I am in this case I even do not know what should I do :))). Just sleeping :)
