What is the most difficult situation you have had to face and how did you tackleit?

I’ve faced difficult challenges when I started my work in the bank (weakness of correspondents banks and low profits), so I analysed the current bank’s situation then prepared to build up relationships with new correspondents banks by enhancing the bank relationships with current banks and working so hard to establish new network of correspondents banks could assist the bank to grow its business then achieve more profits.
