Béarlachas

Please, send be some English loans in Irish. I’m making a small research.

In what kind of texts I can meet a lot of loans from English?

Béarlachas is not the same thing as English loans in Irish. Béarlachas also includes things like calques based on English (whereby an English turn of phrase is translated word-for-word into Irish), while there are plenty of loan words from English that aren't (generally) considered béarlachas. What is the aim of your research exactly? If you let me know more precisely what you're looking for I can give you some examples. In the meantime, here's a performance making fun of béarlachas: the man on the right is speaking good Irish, while the speech of the man on the left is full of béarlachas, though he doesn't use any English words: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-uw_B8wrQo.

Colingo. thank you so much for the reply!

The aim of research is to find a pattern by which English words and phrases are borrowed, in which situations, under what circumstances, how the borrowed words change. I may also include Béarlachas into the research. To observe the abovementioned I need a text or several ones. It's not a very serious research. I'm still studying linguistics. However I should keep it as serious as possible. That's why I need to base my research on another one.
