What`s up! Sed, here!
Most of us are struggling to talk about ourselves most of the times. We take ourselves too seriously and if someone asks us what do you do, we quickly answer with a word or two, then we ask the usual "-and you?".
What to do? : Do these exercises:
1. Pretend to be someone else, you can change your name, age, status, anything that you can imagine. Create a character from a movie if you will. That will remove the pressure from thinking about what should I say about myself.
2. Tell your language partner to do the same, and put yourselves in imaginary places like restaurant, cinema, grocery shopping, movie characters, airplane. One of you would be the waiter and the other one would be the customer. Many questions would raise up from these situations because of the cultural difference.
3. There are unlimited places and characters you can create, but if you can`t do it anyway, then you can google for written dialogues and you can read them together!
Till next time, fellas!

I am not talking about giving all of your information about yourself, but the opposite.
There is a danger of overplaying and going too far crossing the line.
One does not have to give away all about himself but what he feels like safe and sufficient to make a conversation putting himself into imaginary situations or places to practice speaking.
